Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and will accept returns sent to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange or store credit. Please contact customer service at info@jlingnau.com for assistance.
When returning an item, please complete the return form and enclose it with the item in the original packaging, if possible. Ship prepaid and insured to: J.Lingnau 817 Chicago Avenue, Evanston, IL 60202 We will process your exchange or issue you a store credit in the amount of the item minus the original shipping charges.
We do not accept responsibility for items lost or stolen in transit. Special orders and sale items are final sale.
