Rosemonde Swivel Pendant

Our take on a French, turn-of-the-century love token... reinterpreted as a swivel pendant.
The phrases, "+ que qu’hier" on one side, and "- que demain" on the other, are taken from a poem written by Rosemonde Gérard in 1889, to her husband, Edmond Rostand, author of Cyrano de Bergerac:

Car, vois-tu, chaque jour je t’aime davantage,
Aujourd’hui plus qu’hier et bien moins que demain.

For, you see, each day I love you more,
Today more than yesterday and less than tomorrow.

A beautiful expression of ever-growing love.
This pendant is handmade in 18k gold featuring a 16mm wide medallion set with diamonds on one side and a ruby on the other.
